| 内容記述 | 自閉スペクトラム症（ASD）特性が自殺リスクを増大させるメカニズムの一部を明らかにするために，ASD 特性と自殺関連行動の関連性におけるエフォートフル・コントロールの媒介効果を検討した。日本全国から比例抽出された 5,000 名の若者に対し，インターネットを介した質問紙調査を実施した。相関分析，階層的重回帰分析の結果，ASD 特性の高さは自殺関連行動の高さと関連があることが示された。エフォートフル・コントロールの下位尺度である注意制御およびアクティベーション制御の低さは，自殺関連行動の高さと関連があることが示されたが，インヒビションとの関連は示されなかった。媒介分析では，注意制御とアクティベーション制御が ASD特性と自殺関連行動の関連を部分的に媒介することが確認された。以上の結果から，ASD 特性が自殺リスクを増大させる上で注意制御およびアクティベーション制御が重要な媒介要因となることを指摘した。 To examine the mediating factors through which autistic spectrum disorder（ASD）traits increase suicide risk, we examined the mediating effect of effortful control on the relationship between ASD traits and suicide-related behaviors. We conducted an internet-based questionnaire survey of 5,000 proportionally sampled adolescents from across Japan. Correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that high levels of ASD traits were associated with high levels of suicide-related behaviors. Low levels of the effortful control subscales, namely attentional control and activation control, were associated with high levels of suicide-related behaviors, but there was no association with inhibitory control. The mediation analysis confirmed that attentional control and activation control partially mediated the relationship between ASD traits and suicide-related behaviors. Based on these results, we suggested that attention control and activation control are important mediating factors in the increased risk of suicide due to ASD traits. |
