{"created":"2023-05-15T14:46:16.830792+00:00","id":3886,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"bfdc6f4d-8ea6-4ace-90b6-efa86f197e84"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"3886","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3886"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:meigaku.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003886","sets":["399:409"]},"author_link":["8504","8503","8505","8506"],"item_2_alternative_title_19":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Correlations among leaders' evaluations and work-motivation and students' intention to continue part-time jobs"}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では,フォロワーによる上司の印象評価が高いことが,フォロワー自身のワークモチベーションやアルバイト継続意図とどのように関連しているかについて検討した。調査を実施し,上司の印象評価とワークモチベーション,職務の継続意図の関連について検討した。その際,継続意図は給与満足度とも関連があると考えられたため,その影響を統制した上で,上司の印象評価と継続意図には関連があることを予測した。参加者は調査実施時にアルバイトに従事していた大学生75 名であった。その結果,上司の印象評価はワークモチベーションの3つの側面(学習達成志向的,協力志向的,競争志向的モチベーション)と正の関連が認められた。また,上司の印象評価はアルバイトの継続意図と有意な正の関連が認められた。給与満足度を統制変数として加えるとその関連が小さくなったが,有意な傾向が認められた。リーダー自身の評価が高いことの利点と今後の課題について考察した。\n\nIn this study, we conducted a survey to examine the effects of leaders' impression ratings and work motivation, students' intention to continue working part-time jobs. We predicted a positive relationship between leaders' impression ratings and the intention to continue working part-time. after controlling for the effects of salary satisfaction. College students working part-time (N = 75)participated in this study. The results indicated that the leaders' impression ratings were positively related to three aspects of work motivation ; learning achievement-oriented motivation, cooperationoriented motivation, and competition-oriented motivation. In addition, leaders' impression ratings were positively associated with the intention to continue working part-time. This association was smaller but marginally significant, even after including salary satisfaction as a control variable.
