First we grasp the present conditions of the arrangement of domestic laws for implementing the Unite Nations Convention on the Law of Sea (Section 1), generally examine and summarize the significance of arranging Japanese domestic laws for implementing the Unite Nations Convention on the Law of Sea in Japan (Section 2), and clarify the significance that the arrangement of the concerned domestic laws has for Japan's exercise of its enforcement jurisdiction at sea (Section 3).
