| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，音楽づくりの活動を通した読譜・記譜能力の獲得の可能性を検討することである。調査の対象としたのは，137人の小学生の児童である。調査は，読譜・記譜の事前学習と音楽づくりの授業の2つから構成される。事前学習では，児童は読譜・記譜の能力の向上を目指したドリルを行い，4時間の授業では，児童は4小節の旋律を楽譜を使ってつくった。音楽づくりの授業では，読譜・記譜能力の向上を目的として，明確な音楽構造を持った旋律をつくることが求められた。4時間の授業の過程で児童の読譜能力がどのように変化するのかを調べるために3回の読譜・記譜テストが行われた。さらに，音楽づくりの授業のどのような点が読譜・記譜能力の向上につながるのかを調べるために，音楽づくりの授業に対する児童の意識を問うアンケートを行った。学校外での音楽のお稽古事の経験のある児童とない児童の双方とも，今回の授業を通して一定の読譜・記譜能力の向上を示した。また，多くの児童が，音楽づくりの活動における読譜・記譜の必要性や可能性を実感することができた。音楽づくりの活動のこうした側面は，読譜・記譜能力の獲得につながる重要な特徴であることがわかった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study is to examine the possibility of music composition activities in the acquisition of musical literacy. 137 fifth grade elementary school students participated in the study. The project was divided into two stages. During the first stage, the participants were required to complete the exercises which were designed to improve their musical literacy. During the second stage, the participants received four music lessons, in which they were asked to compose four bar melody using musical notation. The participants were required to compose the melodies which possess a clear musical structure, through which they were expected to improve musical literacy. In order to examine how the participants improved their musical literacy in the course of four music lessons, three musical literacy tests were conducted. Furthermore, for the purpose of clarifying the key characteristics of the music composition lessons which contributed to the development of the participants' musical literacy, the questionnaire asking the participants' opinions on the lessons was administrated. The results indicated that both the participants who had received rich musical training outside school and those who had not received musical training showed development in musical literacy. The important finding of the present study is that many participants could realize the importance and the possibility of musical literacy in the musical composition activities, which was considered to be the important aspects of music composition activities in the acquisition of musical literacy. | |||||||||
