| 内容記述 | 医療領域における心理職に求められる知識・スキル・態度について明らかにするため，医療領域に勤務する9名の心理職を対象としてインタビュー調査を行った。逐語録を作成し，KJ法に準じて分析を行った。これまでに必要とされ，求められてきた事柄としては，医療チーム・医療組織への貢献が最も多く挙げられ，また，心理アセスメントや心理療法，さらには社会人としての基本的な態度も求められていることが示された。一方，医学的知識や医療現場に関する理解，心理職としての専門的な知識・スキル，社会人としての一般的な対応は回答者自身に不足しているとの回答が得られた。業務以外においても医療チームとの関わりが求められるだけではなく，自身の専門性や個人的な側面の充実化が求められていることが示唆された。これらの結果を踏まえて，医療領域における心理職の今後の教育訓練に関する課題について論じた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Individual interviews were conducted with 9 psychologists in order to identify the expertise required of psychologists in medical settings. Transcripts were subjected to qualitative analysis based on the KJ method. Expertise necessary as a member of the medical team/medical organization was the most frequently mentioned by participants. Clinical skills, including psychological assessment and psychotherapy, were also reported to be requisites in medical settings. Basic attitudes as an adult were also included in the responses. Respondents reported they had been poorly prepared in terms of medical knowledge, familiarity with the medical field, professional knowledge/skills as psychologists, and basic attitudes as adults. Outside of professional work, respondents felt they were expected not only to be involved in the medical team but also to develop their professional competencies and enrich private life. Implications for training of psychologists in medical settings are discussed. | |||||||
