| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は運動を苦手とする児童の体力・運動能力の実態を明らかにすることである。小学校高学年の児童を「運動が得意」「やや得意」「やや苦手」「苦手」の4群に分けて，それぞれの群の運動有能感と体力・運動能力を比較した。その結果，運動が苦手な児童は身体的有能さの認知が低く，体幹の筋力・筋持久力，全身の瞬発力，スピード，全身持久力は劣っているが，上肢の筋力，柔軟性，敏捷性，巧緻性には差がないことが明らかになった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of this study was to clarify the motor ability of children who are weak in exercise. Subjects were divided into groups of four children each on the basis of exercise competence, and physical strength and exercise capacity were compared. In children weak in exercise, muscle strength, and muscle endurance, speed was also inferior. However, there were no differences in upper limb muscle strength, flexibility, agility, or dexterity. | |||||||
