| 内容記述 | 本稿は，保育所・幼稚園・小学校の連携，すなわち保幼小連携がどのような形で展開され，また，どのような課題を 抱えているかについて，東京都品川区における事例分析を通じて明らかにすることを目的とした。品川区では，2000（平成12）年に『プラン21』を策定して以降，学校選択制の導入をはじめとする大胆な教育改革を行ってきた。そうした中で保幼小連携は，モデル実施された2007年の保幼小交流事業および翌2008年の『のびのび 育つ しながわっこ』の公表等を契機として進められてきたと捉えられる。管理職に対するインタビュー調査からは，連携の歴史が長い幼稚園よりも，小学校と保育所の連携における困難性が認められた。また，連携に対する時間と場所の調整，教職員の理解と役割分担，研修機会の確保といった点において課題が残ることが明らかになった。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to explore the present situations and problems of the trilogy collaboration among nursery center, kindergarten classes and elementary schools by analyzing the case at Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo. Shinagawa public school systems developed an action plan called "Plan 21" in 2000. Since then drastic educational reforms including school choice have been implemented, and collaboration between pre-primary education and primary schools have been conducted since 2007. From interviews with administrators in each institution, this study found more difficulties in nursery center-elementary school collaborations than kindergarten-elementary school ones. This study also made it clear that there are some problems such as time and space arrangement, sharing and understanding the collaboration policy among teachers, distribution of teachers' roles, and chances for in-service trainings. |
