| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，perinatal loss の現状を展望し，心理職が果たしうる役割について，当事者への支援とコンサルテー ション・リエゾンの2 点から検討することであった。当事者への心理支援は，看護，助産の一貫として行われ，当事 者に継続的に支援を行う必要性が提案されていた。コンサルテーション・リエゾンについて，支援目標は共有されて いるものの，支援者が自身の感情の対応に困難を感じると，支援の質や量が低下する傾向があった。現行の援助資源は， 支援者の感情への対応としては十分でなかった。心理職は，心理面接論を援用した心理教育や，悲嘆や喪失に関する 系統的な理解を提供しうると示唆された。今後の課題が議論された。 The current situation related to the provision of psychological support for perinatal losses in Japan was reviewed, and the role of psychologists when dealing with people that have experienced perinatal loss, as well as the role of consultation-liaison were investigated. Psychological support has been provided for perinatal loss as part of nursing care and midwifery. Nevertheless, the need for providing continuous support to such people has been suggested. In consultation-liaison, the object of support is shared among the supporters. However, the quality and quantity of support that is provided decrease when supporters have emotional diffi culties. Moreover, existing support resources have not fully addressed supporter’s emotions. It is suggested that psychologists could off er psycho-education employing psychological interview theory and systematic understanding to reduce the feelings of grief and loss. Future issues are discussed. |
