| 内容記述 | It is one of big business risks for global enterprises to be involved in bribery incidents in foreign countries. There are some cases that global companies offer bribes to foreign government officials who have a certain political power, in order that global companies wish to get an order of the business in developing countries where its politics is unstable and transparency is not ensued. The Nigerian case involving Japan Gasoline Company （JGC） is one of typical incidents. Here, I study the background, bribery players and process of Nigeria JGC bribery incident that is notable case in Japan, and propose strengthening penalties and prior notification system to administrative authorities to avoid such bribery cases. | |||||||
