| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，意味づけに関する同化と調節に着目して，ストレス体験の原因帰属と意味づけ，その間を媒介する自己嫌悪感の関連性について検討することであった。今までで一番のストレス体験として，学業，人間関係，継続してきたこと，喪失，その他，を挙げた計253名を対象にウェブ調査を行った。調査対象者は，ストレス体験およびストレス体験からの経過期間，ストレス体験の原因帰属，ストレス体験が起こったことに対する自己嫌悪感，ストレス体験に対する意味づけについて回答した。これらのデ－タについて，パス解析を行った結果，同化に対して原因帰属から直接有意な正のパス係数が示された。一方，調節には原因帰属から自己嫌悪感を媒介して有意な正のパス係数が示された。以上の結果を踏まえ，臨床的観点から考察を行った。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between the cause attribution of a stressful experience, the assimilation and accommodation aspects of meaning making, and self-disgust about the stressful experience that mediates between them. Participants (N = 253) completed a web survey questionnaire about the most stressful experience in their life, whether academic, relationship, failure, loss, or other. Participants answered questions regarding stressful experience and its duration their cause attribution of the stressful experience, self-disgust about the stressful experience, and their meaning making regarding the stressful experience. Path analysis showed a significant positive path coefficient directly from cause attribution to assimilation. On the other hand, accommodation showed a significant positive pass coefficient from cause attribution mediated by self-disgust. We finally consider the above results from a clinical viewpoint. |
