| 内容記述 | 記述的規範ならびに感謝メッセージの送り手の印象が迷惑行為の抑制意図に及ぼす影響に関し，駐輪行為を題材とし たシナリオ実験を実施して検討した。その結果，その場での迷惑行為の抑制意図に関してたずねた場合には，自転車の整頓という記述的規範があるときには，送り手の印象が良い場合のほうがそうでない場合よりも，迷惑行為の抑制意図が高まることが示された。また送り手の印象が良いときには，整頓の規範がある場合の方が非整頓の規範がある場合よりも，迷惑行為の抑制意図や記述的規範の知覚が高まり，記述的規範の知覚がメッセージの送り手の印象によって調整される可能性が示唆された。送り手の印象が良い場合にはそうでない場合よりも，送り手との関係に対して互恵性の規範が知覚されることが示された。迷惑行為の抑制における記述的規範や互恵性の規範の知覚の働きに関して考察された。 |

| 内容記述 | This study examined the effects of descriptive norm and the impressions of the gratitude messages sender on intention of deterring inconsiderable behavior by conducting a vignette experiment on bicycle parking. Results showed that when the descriptive norm indicated organized parking, the intention of refraining from inconsiderable behavior in the situation increased in the favorable sender condition than those in the unfavorable condition. Results also showed that in the favorable sender condition, the descriptive norm of organized parking increased the intention of refraining from inconsiderable behavior and the perception of descriptive norm. The latter effect indicated that the possibility of the perception of descriptive norm would be moderated by the message sender’s impression. In this condition, the perception of norm of reciprocity on the relationship with the message sender was also high. The role of perception of descriptive norm and reciprocity norm in the refraining inconsiderable behavior is discussed. |
