| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、不快情動回避心性と抑うつ、その間を媒介する想起特性の関連性について検討することであった。大学生、大学院生、専門学校生、社会人206名(男性82名、女性124名、平均年齢22.3±3.63歳)を対象に分析を行った。相関分析の結果、不快情動回避心性と抑うつの間に関連はみられなかった。パス解析の結果、不快情動回避心性は、否定的感情の随伴・記憶へのとらわれと、現実性の混乱・検索困難を高め、否定的感情の随伴・記憶へのとらわれと現実性の混乱・検索困難は抑うつを高めていることが示された。これらの事から、不快情動回避心性は、否定的感情の随伴・記憶へのとらわれを維持させたり、想起に際する思考の障害をもたらすことを通して、抑うつを高めている可能性が示唆された。しかしながら、本研究のパス解析では誤差項間相関が認められたため、今後、不快情動回避心性以外の第三変数を考慮した検討の必要性が考えられる。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the tendency to avoid negative emotions, depression, and the characteristics of remembering the past that mediate between them. The analysis was based on samples of undergraduate students, graduate students, vocational college students, and workers (n = 206, 82 men, 124 women, 22.3 ± 3.63 years old). As a result of the correlation analysis, there was no relation between the tendency to avoid negative emotions and depression. As a result of the pass analysis, the tendency to avoid negative emotions enhanced accompanying the negative emotion and confusion of reality/difficulty in retrieval, and in turn, accompanying the negative emotion and confusion of reality/difficulty in retrieval increased depression. These results suggested that the tendency to avoid negative emotions may increase depression through enhancing accompanying the negative emotion and causing obstacles to thinking in recollection. However, since the correlation between error terms was recognized in the path analysis, it is considered that there is a need to investigate the third variable other than the tendency to avoid negative emotions. |
