| 内容記述 | 本研究では，認知症に関する知識および認知症の人と関わった経験と認知症に対するスティグマとの関連に対する，思考抑制傾向と仮想的有能感の緩衝効果を検討した。大学生222名を対象にウェブ調査を行った。その結果，認知症に対するスティグマと有意な関連がみられたのは，認知症の人と過去に関わった経験のみであり，思考抑制傾向と仮想的有能感の緩衝効果はみられなかった。これらの結果から，認知症に対するスティグマの低減においては，認知症の人と過去に関わった経験の重要性が示唆された。大学生の認知症に対するスティグマの低減に寄与する要因ついて，さらなる検討が必要である。 This study examined the moderating effect of the tendency to use thought suppression and assumed competence on the relationship between knowledge about dementia, experience of involvement with people with dementia, and stigma against dementia. A web survey was conducted on 222 university students. Result showed that only past experiences of involvement with people with dementia was negatively associated with stigma against dementia. There was no significant moderating effect of the tendency to use thought suppression and assumed competence. These results suggest that past experiences of involvement with people with dementia is important for reducing stigma against dementia. It is necessary to examine factors reducing stigma against dementia among university students. |
