| 内容記述 | 本研究では，慢性疾患を患う大学生が受けるソーシャルサポートのサポート源とサポートの種類に焦点を当て，サポート源とサポートの種類がセルフエフィカシーに対して与える影響について検討することを目的とした。その結果，女性の方が男性よりも友人からのサポートを受けやすいこと，家族・友人サポートとセルフエフィカシーとの間に有意な正の相関があることが明らかになった。しかし，家族・友人から与えられるそれぞれの種類のサポ―トは，セルフエフィカシーに対して有意に影響しないことが明らかになり，予想とは異なる結果となった。したがって本研究では，仮説が支持されなかった。一方、大学生の慢性疾患患者に対する家族・友人からの日常生活における情動的サポート・疾患に対する行動的サポートの増加と，健康行動にとって重要なセルフエフィカシーの上昇との間には関連があることが示された。 This study was conducted to explore influences of the sources and types of social support received by college students with chronic illnesses upon self-efficacy. Results showed that women were more likely to receive support from friends than men. In addition, significant correlations were found between social support from families/friends and self-efficacy. However, it was found that each type of support given by family/friends did not significantly affect self-efficacy, which was different from the expected results. Therefore, the hypotheses were not supported in this study. Results indicated that, among college students with chronic illnesses, there was a relationship between increased emotional support in daily life as well as behavioral support from family/friends and self-efficacy for health behavior. |
