| 内容記述 | 本稿では，小学校教育における子どもの生活の捉えに注目し，小学校教育では生活をどのように意味づけているのか，日々の指導と生活はどのように関連づけられているのかについて，幼稚園教育との比較により検討した。具体的には，小学校学習指導要領解説および幼稚園教育要領解説におけるそれぞれの生活の意味づけについて分析を行った。その結果，小学校学習指導要領解説において生活は指導内容としての意味づけが多くみられたのに対して，幼稚園教育要領解説では生活は指導内容としての意味づけよりも，指導上の配慮事項や教育方法としての意味づけが多くみられた。この違いは，小学校教育と幼稚園教育の目的の違いによるものであり，幼稚園教育では生活に教育方法としての意味づけがあることで，子どもの生活への配慮は教育上不可欠なものとして捉えられていることが示唆される。 This study explored the meaning of livelihood in elementary school by comparing with the one in kindergarten based on the previous studies which found close relationship between students' achievements and their way of family living. Analyzing the commentary text for the course of study of elementary school and of kindergarten, we found sharp contrasts. In the text for kindergarten, children's livelihood is regarded as the content matter as well as the method of teaching. Caring for children's lives is regarded as indispensable for early childhood education. On the other hand, in elementary education, teachers try to regulate children's lives. The commentary text for elementary school describes little about care for their lives. |
